The procedure of cooking at Siga Siga is what we call in Greek language “our meraki”. Which means that we cook with love and passion! Every day we cook delicious traditional recipes, hearty appetizers, hot pot dishes and well-cooked main courses.
It is very important for us to use only pure ingredients such as fresh vegetables, local dairy, extra virgin Cretan olive oil and spices from Crete.
Along with our tasteful dishes you will also enjoy a fine glass of wine, cool retsina, draught beer or even a mini “karafaki” of the famous Cretan raki.
